Our commitment to accessibility

William Thomas Digital is committed to ensuring equal access and participation for people with disabilities. We believe in integration, and we are committed to meeting the needs of people with disabilities. We do so by removing and preventing barriers to accessibility and meeting our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and Ontario’s accessibility laws.

William Thomas Digital’s accessibility plan details how we will play our role in makingOntario an accessible province for all Ontarians. The plan is reviewed andupdated at least once every 5 years.

We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into accounttheir disability and provide accommodations. Upon request, William ThomasDigital will provide information about our organization and our services inaccessible formats or with communication supports. We will consult with theperson making the request in determining the suitability of an accessibleformat or communication support.

We are committed to training all employees in Ontario’s accessibility laws andaspects of the Ontario Human Rights Code that relate to persons withdisabilities. We will train our employees on accessibility as it relates totheir specific roles.

Accommodations in the workplace
We will continue to provide accommodation for employees through the development of individual accommodation plans where requested.

Accessible website
We will ensure that our new website is WCAG 2.0 AA compliant and includesinformation about our accessibility policy and plan.
